GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Here is some general information to keep in mind about the event, especially as you go through the online registration form.

You can pay either by deposit of $25 per person registering or the total of $125 per person registering.

All cancellations made after January 8th, 2018 will incur an additional $60.00 fee for each person dropped.

Final balance can either be paid via paypal link before camp or check may be presented at registration. *Please email us at the address below if you would like the paypal link.

WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY

The REVIVE staff has your group's safety in mind as we host events. If we are unable to host an event due to weather conditions, deposits cannot be refunded however, when possible, we will honor the deposit for a rescheduled event.

Press “Submit” when finished.  We will follow up by email within a few business days with a payment form you can use to pay the deposit amount by credit card.
