RATES, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT INFO:

Early Bird Rate: $260 per person, expires April 15th!
*Must pay $50 deposit per person by April 15th to lock in rate.

Standard Rate:  $290 per person

IMPORTANT DEPOSIT INFO:  If you choose to pay the $50 deposit per person now, it will show up on the onine form as a subtracted "Additional Fee", deducting the amount necessary to make the appropriate first payment total.  Once you register you will receive an email to the address provided with further instructions on how to pay your balance by June 7th.

All cancellations made after May 1st will incur an additional $50.00 fee for each person dropped.

Payment methods accepted are all major credit cards or bank account via PayPal, or mailed check.

WEATHER CANCELLATION:

The REVIVE staff has your group’s safety in mind as we host events. If we are unable to host an event due to weather conditions, deposits cannot be refunded, however, when possible, we will honor the deposit for a rescheduled event.
